The Phenix Method was born for successful yet busy people that want to finally evolve to the person they were born to be.  The method focuses on saving time, being simple and sustainable. So, what makes the Phenix Method different?  Yes, we get rid of all the bullshit out there, but it is empowerment and hope. We strip body fat off you, which empowers you and provides hope in every other aspect of your life. Our core programs below roll up into what we developed and call the Phenix Method.

About Phenix Method

Our mission is to ignite massive impact in the bodies and minds of our clients and ourselves so that we can evolve into the person we were born to be! 

 

As a couple in the fitness industry, we both were in generally good shape but had slipped just a little bit and needed to knock off that last 10-20 pounds. We knew what to do so we started the typical grind, but what worked previously wasn’t working and wasn’t sticking.  Possibly because we were a little older, our lifestyle had changed, schedules, hormones, you name it?  Regardless, we were putting in the effort, actually too much effort.  It was not sustainable, there had to be a more efficient way.

So we took our 20 years of experience and dug even deeper and developed The Phenix Method for ourselves.  A method that is SIMPLE and SUSTAINABLE, and now we are bringing it to you.  We knew that people are looking for a complete program, or re-program - the undoing of habits and systems that may have worked in the past, but you’ve wound right back where you started, maybe there was an injury, or a job - that took your eye off the goal. 

 

Our team is here to help you get that vision back, and make it so crystal clear and easy, that you won’t waste time in the gym anymore.  No gadgets, no gizmos, no hours of cardio.  This is literally the last program you will ever purchase, and your program is going to be customized to you, evolving as you evolve!

OUR ONBOARDING PROCESS

Our proven process to help you design your body is what sets us apart from any other gym. No gyms around spend as much time one on one with their clients to fully understand what you want and what you need to improve your health, boost your confidence, and attain your goals.

Consultation
 

A 45 minute meeting with the Client Success Manager to understand your goals and understand what it will take to get you there.

Roadmap

Your Coach will go over your customized workout and nutrition plan while also confirming your goals so that as a team we are prepared to hit your short and long term goals.

TRAINING

You will begin training with your coach.  Remember we train, we don’t exercise.  They will be guiding you to your long term goals.

​

ACCOUNTABILITY

You will be recording your progress on a weekly basis via our App so that we can constantly be adjusting your programming and nutrition to get from point A to point B as fast as possible.
