Growing up I was always active with 3 brothers and playing sports. After school was over though I found myself becoming more and more sedentary. The gym environment was so far out of my comfort zone I decided to hire a coach. Turned out to be one of the best choices I ever made. Not only did he help get me in the best shape of my life, but he showed me a fit lifestyle could be fun and sustainable. Made me fall in love with the process and eventually motivated me to become a coach myself. 10 years later I still love getting to help other people find their way to a healthy lifestyle, unique to their goals and abilities.
