Jalen Clay, Personal Coach

I started powerlifting and played football, but I tore my ACL my senior year. This, paired with COVID, caused me to gain some weight that drove me to start my weight loss journey. As I worked out and learned more about weight loss, it really became a passion of mine and a huge drive moving forward as my routines became a part of my daily life.


I made a lot of progress pretty fast, which led to a lot of positive notice and questions. When people asked me how I lost weight so fast, I started answering and helped them out. Fast forward to today and it’s really a passion of mine to teach people about health and fitness and to get them to their goals.
